We want you to be happy with your Briony Marsh purchase and we understand that you may need to return your online purchase for an exchange, store credit or refund. 


We accept change of size or change of mind exchanges.

We offer a store credit if your exchange request is unavailable. 

100% of the value of your order will be applied as a store credit.

Your store credit will have no expiry date, so you can wait until you find something you love. 

Return postage is at the expense of the customer.

We will deduct a $15 flat fee off your store credit to pay for the shipping out of your new exchanged item.


We offer refunds for faulty items only. 


We are happy to exchange, credit or refund your purchase if you meet the below 4 conditions:

1. You’ve contacted us and are returning your item/s within 7 days of purchase.

2. You’ll be returning your item/s in their original and unworn condition, with all tags still attached.

3. You can include a copy of your receipt with your item/s.

4. You purchased your item/s through our official website:

*please note if you cannot meet the above criteria we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. 

Any products that are returned that do not meet this criteria will be sent back to you, at your expense.


To apply for an exchange or refund you must do so through your Briony Marsh account. 

If you don’t have an account, please find the link to set your password and create an account linked to your purchase in the “welcome to Briony Marsh” email you would have automatically received when you placed your first order.



1. Log into your account, via the “log in” link, which you’ll find in the top right of the homepage

2. locate the order you wish to return item/s from

3. Click on “return items” on the right side of the screen

4. Use the drop down boxes to select the item/s and qty to be returned.

5. Please select a return reason from the dropdown list

6. Please select your request from the dropdown list eg:

store credit (if exchanging due to ordering the wrong size)


Refund (only if faulty)

7. If you have any further comments please write them in the comments box.

8. Click the “submit returns request” button

9. Post us back your item/s with a copy of your receipt to:

* When returning items to Briony Marsh, please ensure that you purchase a trackable or registered service (such as express post or registered post) and keep the tracking number. Briony Marsh is not responsible for items lost in transit when being returned.  

When we receive your item/s back if we are satisfied that you are eligible for a refund we will refund it back via the method you paid.

When we receive your item/s back if we are satisfied that you are eligible for an exchange we will apply a store credit to your account, for the cost of your order, then reduce it by $15 flat fee for shipping.   

You will be notified via email of the successful credit and it will be applied to your account so you are able to use it to purchase an exchange. 

*please note when you receive the confirmation email it will show the full cost of the item/s returned but when you log into your account the store credit will show as $15 less per item, to account for the shipping of your exchange.



1. Log into your account by clicking on “account” or “log in” at the top right side of the homepage

2. In the My Account menu you will see your available store credit listed

3. When you go to check out, you will be given the option to use your store credit to pay for your order or to use an alternative payment method and save the store credit for a future purchase.

*please note we recommend you using your store credit quickly as our styles are exclusive and very limited. Briony Marsh will not be held accountable for styles, which are sold out between the time you decide to return your item/s and the time your credit is applied to your account.  We cannot hold any stock for exchange nor can we refund your store credit for cash.
