All Briony Marsh orders within Australia include FREE EXPRESS POSTAGE, with the Australia Post Express Service.
Metro orders will generally be delivered on the next business day.
Regional orders will be delivered within 2 – 3 business days.
We ship Monday to Friday, during normal business hours.
All efforts will be made to ship orders received prior to 11am on the same business day.
Orders received after 11am will leave on the next business day.
Please understand that Australia Post doesn’t operate or deliver on weekends or public holidays.
We pride ourselves on processing orders quickly and efficiently, meaning unfortunately once your order has been confirmed we can no longer cancel or modify the order. After you've ordered your Briony Marsh products, you'll be emailed a confirmation with your order number.
Shortly after your goods have been dispatched, you'll be emailed tracking information.
You'll see a link in the email, so you can follow your item all the way to your door.

If no one is available to sign for your delivery, the Australia Post courier will leave a card advising how you can pick your parcel up.

Briony Marsh is an Australian based label and we currently only ship to the below Countries:
NEW ZEALAND - $20 AUD on all orders, for shipping via International Post Express (3-4 business days)
ASIA* - $30 AUD on all orders, for shipping via International Post Express (3-5 business days) (Select Countries only)
USA & CANADA - $30 AUD on all orders, for shipping via International Post Express (4-5 business days)
UK - $30 AUD on all orders, for shipping via International Post Express (4-5 business days)
GERMANY - $30 AUD on all orders, for shipping via International Post Express (4-5 business days)
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Please be aware that some International shipments can be subject to import duties and taxes, applicable to you're Country / or the Country you're shipping to. In these circumstances the responsibility for these charges is the recipient of the shipment, (importer of record in the destination Country) We recommend you contact your local customs office if you are unsure prior to purchase, as policies vary Country to Country.
RETURNED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you return an International order from Briony Marsh, you will be responsible for the original shipment cost, any import duties and taxes, as well as the cost of returning the order to Briony Marsh. This amount will be deducted from any requested return / refund.
